All Cookie Bloomers gifts are shipped by UPS or FedEx. We can ship only to the 50 U.S. states, for Local same day delivery in New Haven County, Connecticut M-F please call (203) 407-7702. To determine your package's time-in-transit, find your destination state (or NJ/NY zip code) in the table below. Determine which shipping option is necessary to get your package to its destination on the desired date, and select that OPTION at CHECKOUT.

PLEASE NOTE:

To ensure that our fresh baked products arrive in the best possible condition, with the exceptions of December and Valentine’s Day when we make special arrangements, we do not ship on Saturdays, or Sundays.

Orders received BEFORE 2 PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday ship on the same day, unless a future delivery date is specifically requested.

Orders received AFTER 2 PM EST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

More rural areas have fewer delivery options and can cost more

CORRECT ADDRESSES: To ensure proper delivery, we must have full and accurate street addresses including suite, floor, apartment, or unit numbers when necessary. We cannot be responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses given.

REDIRECTED PACKAGES: A $10.00 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given. We cannot extend or guarantee when incorrect addresses are given.

TIME OF DELIVERY: The daily delivery window for standard shipping for UPS and FedEx is 8am – 7pm (longer at holiday times). Packages are shipped to arrive on your requested delivery date, but may arrive 1 to 2 days before or after the exact time (shipping is beyond our control). In addition we cannot request, nor can UPS and FedEx give us, a specific time of delivery for any package. Therefore, we cannot tell you what time of day your package will be delivered.

P. O. BOXES: UPS and FedEx DO NOT DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE BOXES. We must have a street number and street name.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY: To make ensure your gift arrives on time. We may find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Please understand delays outside our control occur due to weather condtitions, holiday rush, product availability, incorrect information, ect.
